This resolution amends the activity of 2002 HOME funds to South Community Organization for housing and neighborhood revitalization services by authorizing the organization to utilize up to $480,000 of the allocation to rehabilitate 16 duplexes in the Havenwoods TIN neighborhood identified by address on a list attached to the resolution.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that previously approved activity of 2002 HOME funds to South Community Organization for housing and neighborhood revitalization services is amended by authorizing the organization to utilize up to $480,000 of the allocation to rehabilitate 16 duplexes in the Havenwoods TIN neighborhood identified by address on a list attached to the resolution; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the project must complete a activity report according to any conditions approved by the Common Council and the Mayor in conformance with File Number 74-92-5v for review and approval; and, be it

Further Resolved, That payment for HOME cost incurred shall be paid in accordance with approved HOME reimbursement policy based on the approval by the Community Block Grant Administration and City Comptroller of a Budget Forecast (CDA-51).
