Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Multi-Family Residence (R/B/40 and R/C/40) to Local Business (L/B/40) located on the North and South Sides of West Greenfield Avenue between South 8th Street and South 9th Street, in the 12th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance will change the zoning to permit the sale and development of City-owned land.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-320(5).0007. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of South 8th Street, a line 150 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Greenfield Avenue, a line 250 feet West and parallel to the west line of South 8th Street, the centerline of West Greenfield Avenue, the centerline of South 9th Street, a line 150 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Greenfield Avenue, a line 150.50 feet West and parallel to the west line of South 8th Street and a line 220 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Greenfield Avenue from Multi-Family Residence (R/B/40 and R/C/40) to Local Business (L/B/40).
