Body
Whereas, Aurora Healthcare, Inc. would like to construct buildings in vacated South 29th street to expand their existing facilities; and
Whereas, Existing sewers are to be relocated by Aurora Healthcare, Inc. temporarily in another portion of Vacated South 29th Street; and
Whereas, In order to protect public facilities, the City desires to acquire a permanent easement for the relocated sewer facilities, with the right of entry in and across the property and with the right to construct, operate, maintain, inspect, repair, enlarge, reconstruct and relocate, as may be or may become applicable for said related facilities; and
Whereas, The Owner has requested the City's permission to construct portions of a building in the easement areas; and
Whereas, The City will allow the construction of said portions of the building in the easements areas, subject to conditions stipulated in Sewer Easement document known as SE-2688; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City of Milwaukee hereby accepts Sewer Easement SE-2688, said Sewer Easement document being attached to the Common Council File Number 010074 and incorporated in this resolution by reference as though set forth in full; and, be it
Further Resolved, That said Sewer Easement document shall be forwarded to the office of City Real Estate for recording and proper distribution.
