Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

1st Aldermanic District

N. 49th St. – W. Villard Ave. to W. Custer Ave. (WT410021026): Relay water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund -- $5,000)

N. 50th St. – W. Villard Ave. to W. Custer Ave. (WT410021025): Relay water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund -- $5,000)

N. Montreal St. – W. Capitol Dr. to W. Hope Ave. (SM495020111): Relay sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $9,000)

1st and 10th Aldermanic Districts

W. Capitol Dr. – N. 17th St. to N. 18th St. (SM495020118): Relay sanitary sewer. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $4,600)
