Whereas, The Common Council has previously adopted Resolution File Number 981679 on April 1, 1999; and
Whereas, Additional work during the construction stage has resulted in the need for additional funds for the construction costs for the projects; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City Comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer funds to the project/grant numbers as follows:
West Lisbon Avenue from West Appleton Avenue to North 46th Street, ID #2590-00-91.
Transfer from Project/Grant Number ST320000000,
to construction Project/Grant Number ST30382315,
Estimated Cost - $24,000.
West Lisbon Avenue from West Center Street to West Appleton Avenue and North 46th Street to North Sherman Boulevard, ID #2590-02-90.
Transfer from the Project/Grant Number ST320000000,
to construction Project/Grant Number ST30682015,
Estimated Cost - $5,000.

$29,000

Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer additional amounts to any of these project/grant numbers the amount required under the projects and City Accounting Policy but not to exceed a 10 percent increase of the total amounts involved.
