Analysis
This resolution will allow for the expansion of the canopy fueling area by one bay and adding an additional fuel dispenser to be installed for peak demands.
Body
Whereas, Section 295-814(5) of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances permits variation to planned developments after approval of the Common Council; and
Whereas, The detailed plan for a planned development to allow for the construction of a rental car company was approved by the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee on January 19, 1999, under File No. 981290; and
Whereas, The proposed additional fueling dispenser is consistent with the spirit and intent of the approved plan and will not adversely affect surrounding development and a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File as Exhibit A which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and made a part as though fully set forth herein; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the minor modification to the approved plan permitting an expansion of the canopy fueling area by one bay and adding an additional fuel dispenser to be installed for peak demands for the property located at 5252 South 3rd Street is approved.
