Analysis

This resolution authorizes the deferment of sewer and water special assessments for 10820-50 West Park Place.

Body

Whereas, The Common Council approved the installation of the storm and sanitary sewers and water main in West Liberty Drive File Number 994918 on May 31, 2000; and

Whereas, The property owner of 10820-50 West Park Place (Tax Key Number 111-0031-9) has requested the deferment of the special assessments after the resolution was approved; and

Whereas, The property is served by sewer and water service connections to the facilities in West Park Place adjacent to the property; and

Whereas, At this time, the owner does not require connections to the facilities in West Liberty Drive;

now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the special assessments for the water main (WT420000020) and the sanitary and storm sewers (SW17200136) in West Liberty Drive for Tax Key Number 111-0031-9 be deferred until application for connection to said sewers and water main is made.  Cost for deferred charges shall be in accordance with City Charter 12-10 and 14-18.
