Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the west side of N. 44th Street from W. Rice Street to a point approximately 200 feet south"
"On the west side of N. 44th Street from W. Marion Street 80 feet north thereof at any time"
"On the west side of N. 44th Street from W. Marion Street to W. Congress Street from 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM"
"On the east side of N. 46th Street from W. Rice Street to 200 feet south thereof at any time"
"On the east side of N. 46th Street from W. Marion Street to W. Congress Street from 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM"
"On the north side of W. Marion Street from N. 46th Street to a point 80 feet east thereof at any time"
"On the north side of W. Marion Street from N. 44th Street to N. 46th Street from 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM"
"On N. 3rd Street between W. State Street and W. Juneau Avenue at any time"
"On the west side of N. 2nd Street from the north curb line of W. Walnut Street to a point 100 feet north thereof at any time"
"On the south side of W. Walnut Street from N. 13th Street to N. 12th Lane at any time"
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of S. 63rd Street from W. Eden Place to W. Warnimont Avenue on school days from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the south side of W. Wisconsin Avenue from N. 8th Street westerly to the alley"
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of N. 9th Street from a point 100 feet south of the south line of W. Michigan Street to a point 60 feet south of last named point"
"On N. 4th Street from W. Juneau Avenue to W. McKinley Avenue"
"On the south side of E. Walworth Street in the 1100 block between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM"
"On the east side of N. 10th Street from W. North Avenue to the first east/west alley north thereof except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the north side of W. State Street between N. 24th Place and N. 25th Street"
Part 5. Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Night Parking Exceptions is amended by adding the following:
On W. McKinley Avenue from N. Hawley Road to N. 60th Street
On N. 60th Street from W. McKinley Avenue to W. Vliet Street
