Analysis
Currently, the Frank P. Zeidler public service award selection committee consists of 5 members, of whom one is a community member appointed by the mayor and the other is a community member appointed by the common council president.
Under this ordinance, the mayor and common council president will each appoint 2 community members, thereby increasing the size of the selection committee to 7 members.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 320-43-1-a-3 and 4 of the code is amended to read:
320-43. Frank P. Zeidler Public Service Award Selection Committee.
