Substitute resolution authorizing the transfer of the 2014 Emergency Solutions Grant and the 2013-14 State Emergency Solutions Grant funding from St. Aemilian-Lakeside to Legal Action of Wisconsin, Pathfinders and Walker’s Point Youth & Family Center.
Analysis
This resolution would allow the transfer of the St. Aemilian 2014 Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) award in the amount of $13,202 to Pathfinders and Walker’s Point Youth & Family Center and also transfer St. Aemilian 2013-14 State Emergency Solutions Grant funding in the amount of $9,196 to Legal Action of Wisconsin.

Whereas, St. Aemilian-Lakeside Inc. has notified the Community Development Grants Administration in the attached letter of their decision not to accept the 2014 Emergency Solutions Grant funding in the amount of $13,202, nor the 2013-14 State Emergency Solutions grant funding in the amount of $9,196; and
Whereas, CDGA met with the Milwaukee Continuum of Care Funding Opportunity Workgroup and it was recommended and agreed that the reallocation of St. Aemilian-Lakeside funding would be awarded as follows:

Pathfinders - $6,601
Activity: Housing Relocation & Stabilization Services-Case Management
Walker’s Point Youth & Family Center - $6,601

Resolved, That the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee hereby approves the transfer of the St. Aemilian-Lakeside funding and Shelter activity as stated above; and, be it
