A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the north side of North Riverboat Road from a point 45 feet east of North Weil Street to a point 85 feet east thereof from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday through Friday"

"On the east side of South 1^st Street from West Becher Street to a point 300 feet south at any time"

"On the west side of South 1^st Street from West Becher Street to a point 350 feet north at any time"

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On North 56^th Street from West Garfield Avenue to West North Avenue from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Except Saturday and Sunday"

"On the west side of South Kinnickinnic Avenue from East Smith Street to East Wilson Street"

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of South Kinnickinnic Avenue from East Smith Street to East Conway Street

Part 4.  Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Night Parking Exceptions is amended by striking the following:

"On W. McKinley Avenue from N. Hawley Road to N. 60^th Street"

"On N. 60^th Street from W. McKinley Avenue to W. Vliet Street"
