Analysis
This resolution confirms the report of the Commissioner of Public Works, as modified by the Common Council Committee, on projects for which Public Hearings have been held. The resolution authorizes the levying of special assessments and directs the installation and construction of said public improvements.

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions, determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct and levy special assessments for the following improvements:

13th Aldermanic District

S. Whitnall Ave. (Portions in St. Francis) – S. Brust Ave. to S. Clement Ave. (ST32091101) (2660-03-00) File Number 990109: Concrete pavement construction, place curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveway approaches, storm drainage where needed, sodding and grading. (State or Federal Funds -- $278,000; Nonassessable State Aid Fund -- $53,000; Assessable State Aid Fund -- $28,800; State/Federal Grantor Paving Fund -- $50,000; City of St. Francis Federal/State Funds -- $280,200; City of St. Francis Local Funds -- $70,000; Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund (SW170010154) -- $12,000) (2001 Program) These funds are to be transferred to the construction account ST32091110.
