Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

2nd Aldermanic District

W. Thurston Ave. – N. 64th St. to N. 65th St. (WT410011092): Relay water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund -- $5,000)

2nd and 9th Aldermanic Districts

W. Carmen Ave. – N. 63rd St. to N. 65th St. (WT410011091): Relay water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund -- $5,000)

4th Aldermanic District

W. Wisconsin Ave. – N. 17th St. to N. 22nd St. (SM495010552): Relaying combined sewer. (Nonassessable Relief and Relay Sewer Fund -- $15,000)

6th Aldermanic District
