This ordinance will change the zoning to permit manufacturing uses.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-510(4).0010. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of West Burnham Street, the centerline of South 37th Street, a line 598.34 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Burnham Street, a line 124.54 feet West and parallel to the west line of South 37th Street, a line 294.56 feet West and parallel to the west line of South 37th Street, and a line 120.08 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Burnham Street, from Industrial (I/B/85) and Parking (P/D/40) to Manufacturing (M/D/40).
