Recommendation of nonrenewal of the Class "B" Tavern license of Tiffany L. Crosby for the premises located at 7400 W. Silver Spring Drive ("Tiffany's 7400 Club"), in the 2nd Ald. District. Written objections have been filed by the licensee. (Committee Vote: 5 Ayes; 0 Noes; Expiration Date: 10-13-00).
Recommendation of nonrenewal of the Class "B" Tavern and Tavern Dance license of Bonnie F. Jackson for the premises located at 2490 W. Fond du Lac Avenue ("B J's Second Time Around"), in the 7th Ald. District. Written objections have not been filed by the licensee. (Committee Vote: 5 Ayes; 0 Noes; Expiration Date: 11-8-00).
Recommendation of nonrenewal of the Class "B" Tavern license of Jesus L. Muniz for the premises located at 1933 W. Lincoln Avenue ("El Mexicano Lounge"), in the 8th Ald. District. Written objections have not been filed by the licensee. (Committee Vote: 5 Ayes; 0 Noes; Expiration Date: 6-1-00)

The President questioned whether the members of the Common Council read the Report and Recommendations of the Utilities and Licenses Committee in these matters and any written exceptions, if filed by the licensees?
Ayes: 17 - Ald. Herron, D'Amato, Henningsen, Bohl, Johnson-Odom, Gordon, Donovan, Richards, Cameron-Rollins, Scherbert, Sanchez, Pawlinski, Breier, Nardelli, Murphy, Hines and President Pratt.
Noes: 0.
ALD. DONOVAN moved to refer the Class "B" Tavern license application of Jesus L. Muniz back to the Utilities and Licenses Committee.
The motion prevailed.
The Clerk questioned whether the following applicants or their Counsel are present and wish to address the Council:
Tiffany L. Crosby.
The applicant's Attorney was present.
The Clerk sworn in Attorney Hanley.
ALD. DONOVAN moved that the Common Council do now resolve into the Committee of the Whole for the purpose of hearing from Attorney Hanley relative to the foregoing matter.
PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE
Attorney Hanley and Assistant City Attorney Bruce Schrimpf appeared and addressed the committee relative to the foregoing matter.
ALD. GORDON moved that the Committee do now rise.
The motion prevailed.

ALD. SANCHEZ moved that the Common Council do now resolve into the Committee of the Whole for the purpose of hearing from Bonnie F. Jackson relative to the foregoing matter.

Ms. Bonnie F. Jackson and Assistant City Attorney Bruce Schrimpf appeared and addressed the committee relative to the foregoing matter.
ALD. CAMERON-ROLLINS moved that the Commitee do now rise.
ALD. GORDON moved for approval as amended.
The motion prevailed by the following vote:
