Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Multi-Family Residence (R/C/40) to Parking (P/D/40) on land located on the North Side of West Highland Boulevard and East of North 38th Street, in the 16th Aldermanic District.

This substitute ordinance will allow for the expansion of a surface parking lot along Highland Boulevard.

BODY:

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

Section 295-610(4).0029. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of North 38th Street, the centerline of West Highland Boulevard, the centerline of North 37th Street, the centerline of West Juneau Avenue, a line 134 feet West and parallel to the west line of North 37th Street, a line 120 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Highland Boulevard, a line 40 feet East and parallel to the east line of North 38th Street and a line 90 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Highland Boulevard from Multi-Family Residence (R/C/40) to Parking (P/D/40).
