This ordinance will change the zoning to allow for parking a truck for an existing grocery store.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-330(2).0003. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by a line 150 feet South and parallel to the south line of East Lloyd Street, the centerline of North Holton Street, a line 210 feet South and parallel to the south line of East Lloyd Street, a line 80 feet West and parallel to the west line of North Holton Street, a line 225 feet South and parallel to the south line of East Lloyd Street, a line 200 feet West and parallel to the west line of North Holton Street, a line 200 feet South and parallel to the south line of East Lloyd Street and a line 120 feet West and parallel to the west line of North Holton Street, from Neighborhood Shopping (S/C/40) to Commercial Service (CS/C/40).
