ANLS:      This substitute motion recommends a 10-day suspension of the filling station license issued to Amarjit Singh, Dhaliwal Wisconsin Properties Five, Inc., Bulk Petroleum Corp. & Darshan Dhaliwal for "Singh Citgo Self Service" at 4302 West Capitol Drive.
 
BODY:
Whereas, The Utilities and Licenses Committee held an evidentiary hearing on February 24, 2000, which resulted in a 10-day suspension of the filling station license issued to Amarjit Singh, Dhaliwal Wisconsin Properties Five, Inc., Bulk Petroleum Corp. & Darshan Dhaliwal for "Singh Citgo Self Service" at 4302 West Capitol Drive; and
 
Whereas, The Utilities and Licenses Committee, after hearing all of the testimony of the neighborhood complainants, voted (3 ayes, 2 noes) to recommend a 10-day suspension of the filling station license; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, That the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, hereby accepts the recommendation of the Utilities and Licenses Committee for a 10-day suspension of the filling station license issued to Amarjit Singh, Dhaliwal Wisconsin Properties Five, Inc., Bulk Petroleum Corp. & Darshan Dhaliwal for "Singh Citgo Self Service" at 4302 West Capitol Drive.
