ANLS:
This resolution authorizes the Commissioner of Public Works to enter into an agreement with Milwaukee County relating to the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the traffic control signals and the related traffic control facilities at the intersections of W. Good Hope Road and N. 86th Street.
BODY:
Whereas, This intersection is currently controlled by two-way stop signs and will be upgraded to traffic signal control and no prior agreement has been reached regarding the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the traffic control signals; and
Whereas, The issues of cost sharing, ownership, responsibility, and liability will be described and agreed to in this agreement; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Commissioner of Public Works be and hereby is authorized and directed to enter into an agreement between the City of Milwaukee and Milwaukee County, for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the traffic control signal at the intersection of W. Good Hope Road and N. 86th Street.
