This ordinance authorizes the City Plan Commission to approve a site plan for the future development of the site.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-91.0039. The zoning map is amended to establish a Site Plan Review Overlay District for the area bounded by the centerline of North Humboldt Boulevard, the centerline of East Vienna Avenue, a line 140 feet West and parallel to the west line of North Humboldt Boulevard and the centerline of East Nash Street.
