Substitute ordinance to further amend the 2000 rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 2 of ordinance File Number 990705 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under Salary Grade 004, add the title "Health Project Coordinator (CCR)" and following the title "Fire Dispatch Supervisor", add the footnote designation "7/" to read: "Appointments to be made to the eighth step."
Part 2. Section 2 of ordinance File Number 990705 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby further amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2000 - December 26, 1999):
Under Salary Grade 012, add the footnote designation "2/" following the title "Management Civil Engineer-Senior" with the footnote to read: "2/ Robert Rehm to be paid at Salary Grade 013 rates while occupying this title."
Part 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinance contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Part 4. The provisions of Part 2 of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after Pay Period 1, 2000 (December 26, 1999).
The provisions of all other parts of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after the first day of the first pay period following passage and publication.
Part 5. This ordinance will take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
