Body
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Resolution File Number 880634, adopted October 11, 1988, is amended by deleting the "Resolved" clause and inserting in lieu thereof the following "Resolved" and "Further Resolved" clauses:
 
"Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the Concordia Historic District, and further described as follows:
 
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of North 27th Street and the north property line of 2700 West State Street; south to the centerline of West State Street; west to the east property line of 2715 West State Street; south to the centerline of West Richardson Place; west to the alley between North 27th and North 28th Streets; south to the centerline of West Kilbourn Avenue; west to the east property line of 2813 West Kilbourn Avenue; south to the south property line of 2813 West Kilbourn Avenue; west along the south property line of 2813, 2825 and 2835 West Kilbourn Avenue and 842 North 29th Street to the intersection of the centerline of North 29th Street, west along the south property line of 845 North 29th Street to the east property line of 2923 West Kilbourn Avenue; north to the centerline of West Kilbourn Avenue then west to the east property line of 3005 West Kilbourn Avenue; south to the alley, west to the centerline of North 32nd Street; south to the north property line of 3210 West Wells Street; west along this line to the centerline of North 34th Street; north along said centerline to the centerline of the east-west alley abutting the property at 921 North 34th Street; west along said centerline to the centerline of the north-south alley; north to the north property line of 959 North 34th Street; east to the centerline of North 34th Street; north to the centerline of West State Street; east to the west property line of 3312 West State Street; north to the north property line of 1023 North 33rd Street; east to the centerline of North 33rd Street; south to the centerline of North West State Street; east to the west property line of 3120 West State Street; north to the alley; east along the alley to the east property line of 2710 West State Street; south to the north property line of 2706 West State Street; east to the point of beginning in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin be designated a Milwaukee Historic District; and, be it
 
Further Resolved, That the Preservation Guidelines pursuant to the Historic Designation Study Report attached to Common Council File Number 880634 shall apply to this district and are adopted by the Common Council as part of this resolution."
