A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by striking the following:
"On the north side of W. Wisconsin Avenue from N. 11th Street to N. 27th Street from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the south side of W. Wisconsin Avenue from N. 11th Street to N. 27th Street from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the south side of W. Wisconsin Avenue from the east curb line of N. 17th Street to a point 75 feet east thereof at any time"
"On the south side of W. Wisconsin Avenue from the west curb line of N. 34th Street extended to a point 60 feet west thereof at any time"
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the north side of W. Wisconsin Avenue from N. 27th Street to N. 35th Street from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday and where No Parking is in effect"
"On the south side of W. Wisconsin Avenue from N. 27th Street to N. 38th Street from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM except Saturday and Sunday and where No Parking is in effect"
"On the south side of W. Fond du Lac Avenue from a point 860 feet north of N. 91st Street to a point 300 feet south of N. Denmark Street at any time"
"On the south side of W. Fond du Lac Avenue from a point 120 feet south of N. Denmark Street to W. Mill Road at any time"
"On the north side of W. North Avenue from the west lot line of N. 14th Street to a point 50 feet west thereof at any time"
"On the south side of W. Wright Street from N. Teutonia Avenue to N. 14th Street from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday and where No parking is in effect"
"On the west side of N. 4th Street for a distance of 33 feet between driveways at 2237 N. 4th Street at any time"
"On the east side of N. 2nd Street from the south curb line of W. Wisconsin Avenue to a point 100 feet south thereof at any time"
Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of W. Fond du Lac Avenue from N. 95th Street to W. Mill Road at any time
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On N. Teutonia Avenue from W. Center Street to W. Hadley Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday"
Part 5. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the south side of W. Walnut Street between N. 15th and N. 16th Streets from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM"
"On the north side of W. Vliet Street from N. 5th Street to the north/south alley west thereof from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday"
"On the north side of W. Vine Street from N. 2nd Street to the north/south alley east thereof"
"On the south side of N. Water Street from the west building line of premises 1388 N. Water Street to a point 150 feet east thereof"
Part 6. Section 101-23-6 of the Code relating to Angle Parking is amended by striking the following:
"On E. St. Paul Avenue beginning at the east line of the alley running north and south between N. Water Street and N. Broadway and extending to a point 15 feet west of the east curb line of N. Broadway from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM"
Part 7. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to winter parking is amended by striking the following:
"On the east side of N. Palmer Street from E. Keefe Avenue to E. Nash Street"
