Whereas, Common Council File Number 951478, adopted January 23, 1996, created an 8-member Home Value Insurance Program Working Committee and directed the Committee to develop a final program design and plan of implementation for a Home Value Insurance Program for the City of Milwaukee; and
Whereas, Common Council File Number 961815, a resolution approving various recommendations of the Home Value Insurance Program Working Committee relating to program design and plan implementation for the Milwaukee Home Value Insurance Program, was passed by the Common Council on March 21, 1997, but subsequently vetoed by the Mayor and sustained by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Home Value Insurance Program Working Committee created by Common Council Resolution File Number 951478 is dissolved.
