ANLS:
- ANALYSIS - This resolution authorizes the proper City officers to execute a one-year lease with Penfield Children's Center for the off-street parking lot located at 2626 West Wells Street.
BODY:
Whereas, The City of Milwaukee has entered into a lease and lease extension through November 30, 1999 with Penfield Children's Center for the off-street parking lot located at 2626 West Wells Street; and
Whereas, Penfield Children's Center has requested that this lease be renewed for a one-year term beginning on the first day of December 1999, under the same terms and conditions as the original lease and extension, at a rental rate of Thirty Dollars ($30.00) per month; and
Whereas, This lot is not occupied for public parking, and no additional public parking needs have been identified for this lot; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper City officers are hereby authorized to enter into a one-year lease with Penfield Children's Center, beginning on the first day of December, 1999, and ending on the thirtieth day of November, 2000, with four one (1) year extensions permitted at the option of the City, for the off-street parking lot located at 2626 West Wells Street, at the rental rate of Thirty Dollars ($30.00) per month.
