This resolution directs the installation and construction of certain public improvements which have been determined to be nonassessable by the Commissioner of Public Works.

BODY:
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Additional funds must be authorized to undertake the following improvements:

4th Aldermanic District

W. Wisconsin Ave. - N. 22nd St. to N. 23rd St. SW17190265 (859-0580-6) File Number 990177: Relay combined sewer. (Nonassessable Relief and Relay Sewer Fund -- $24,000)

6th Aldermanic District

E. Brown St. - N. Palmer St. to N. Hubbard St. SW17190324 (859-0684-1) File Number 990177: Relay combined sewer. (Nonassessable Relief and Relay Sewer Fund -- $24,000)
