This resolution approves an affidavit that corrects Sheet 1 of 3 of Certified Survey Map No. 6656.

BODY:

Whereas, Certified Survey Map No. 6657, a recorded map being a division of Lots 5 and 6, in Block 3, in Germania Heights and Outlot A, of Certified Survey Map No. 6656, all located in the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 19, Town 07 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, recorded as Document No. 7738293 on May 6, 1999; and

Whereas, Fred W. Shibilski, Surveyor, has submitted an affidavit containing a correction to surveying data contained in such map pursuant to the provisions of Section 236.295 of the Wisconsin Statutes; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that said Affidavit of Correction, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit A and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein, is approved.
