Substitute resolution amending the prevailing wage resolution (Sprinkler Fitters, Bricklayers, Pointer, Caulker, Cleaner, Glaziers, Refrigeration Mechanics, Division of Steamfitters, Terrazzo Finishers, Tile Layers, Boilermakers, Carpenters, Piledriver Employers, Elevator Constructors, Laborers, (Cable & Utility Work), Plasterer Laborers, Plumber Laborers, Marble Masons, Operating Engineers - Master Labor Agreement, National Distribution & Utilities Construction & Maintenance Statewide, Roofers).
BODY:
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the resolution relative to minimum rates of pay and fringe benefits for various construction worker categories employed by the private construction industry engaged in public works contracts with the City of Milwaukee is hereby amended to reflect changes as contained in letter(s) from the Milwaukee Building and Construction Trades Council dated June 25, July 2, 7, & 15, 1999, and Department of Employee Relations dated July 21, 1999, and attached to Common Council File Number 990487; and, be it
Further Resolved, That a copy of the aforesaid letter(s) be included with all certified copies of this resolution as part thereof.
