This resolution will rescind the authority to construct a water main in W. Kiehnau Ave. from 160 feet m/l east of N. 108th St. to N. 108th St. because of the deletion of the paving of W. Kiehnau Ave.
BODY:
Whereas, On May 11, 1999, the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted File Number 990053 approving the construction of a water main in W. Kiehnau Ave. from 160 feet m/l east of N. 108th St. to N. 108th St., and
Whereas, Said construction of the water main is not necessary due to the deletion of the paving of W. Kiehnau Ave. at this location; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that we recind authority for construction of said water main in W. Kiehnau Ave. from 160 feet m/l east of N. 108th St. to N. 108th St. WT41091375 (829-4697-6) File Number 990053: Install water main. (Nonassessable Water Fund -- Remaining balance estimated to be $28,000);and, be it
Further Resolved, That the proper city officers comply with the requirements of File Number 881665, said File being the Guidelines for the Control of Capital Expenditures.
