A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements in various parts of the City.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-12-4-a of the Code relating to Mandatory Turns is amended by adding the following:
On N. Commerce Street at E. North Avenue Left Lane Must Turn Left Northbound
On N. Commerce Street at N. Humboldt Avenue Left Lane Must Turn Left Westbound
Part 2. Section 101-13-8 of the Code relating to School Speed 20 MPH is amended by adding the following:
On N. 64th Street from W. Silver Spring Drive to W. Bobolink Avenue
On W. Congress Street from N. 75th Street to N. 80th Street
On W. Center Street from N. 21st Street to N. 23rd Street
On W. Capitol Drive from N. 48th Street to N. 51st Street
Part 3. Section 101-15 of the Code relating to Yield signs is amended by striking the following:
"On N. Achilles Street at E. Ring Street"
Part 4. Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following:
On N. Achilles Street at E. Ring Street
On W. Arthur Avenue at S. 30th Street
Part 5. Section 101-21.5-1 of the Code relating to Designated Bike Lanes by adding the following:
On the North Avenue Viaduct
Part 6. Section 101-22-1 of the Code relating to One-Way Streets is amended by striking the following:
"On E. Thomas Avenue between N. Oakland Avenue and N. Murray Avenue Eastbound"
