A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of W. Congress Street from N. 76th Street to W. Appleton Avenue on regular school days between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM

On the west side of N. 76th Street from W. Congress Street to a point 210 feet south on regular school days between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM

Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On N. Humboldt Avenue from E. Garfield Avenue to a point approximately 240 feet south thereof at any time"

"On the north side of E. Brady Street from N. Farwell Avenue to a point 60 feet east thereof from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday"

Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of N. Humboldt Avenue from E. Garfield Avenue to a point 240 feet south thereof

On the north side of E. Brady Street from N. Farwell Avenue to a point 60 feet east thereof at any time

On the west side of N. 69th Street from a point 50 feet north of W. Sheridan Avenue to a point 120 feet north at any time

On the east side of N. 69th Street from a point 95 feet north of W. Sheridan Avenue to a point 75 feet north at any time

On the south side of E. Brady Street from N. Astor Street to a point 50 feet west at any time

On the west side of N. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive from a point 175 feet south of W. Hadley Street to a point 50 feet further south at any time
