BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-422.0006. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of North Hubbard Street, the centerline of East Reservoir Avenue, and the centerline of East Reservoir Avenue extended, from Industrial (I/B/85) and Manufacturing (M/B/85) to Residential and Special Use (C9B(A)).
