Title
A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2013 offices and positions in the City Service.

This substitute ordinance changes positions in the following departments:
Health Department, Department of Neighborhood Services

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 120741 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under “Health Department, Disease Control and Environmental Health Services Division, Consumer Environmental Health”, add one position of “Infectious Disease Epidemiologist (X) (Y) (S)”.

Under “Bioterrorism-CDC Public Health Preparedness Grant (A)”, delete one position of “Infectious Disease Epidemiologist (X)(Y)(A)(EE)(S)”, add one position of “Infectious Disease Epidemiologist (X)(Y)(A)(EE)”, delete one position of “Infectious Disease Epidemiologist (X)(Y)(A)(EE)”, and add one position of “Infectious Disease Epidemiologist (X)(Y)(A)(EE)(T)”.

Part 2. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 120741 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 21, 2013- September 29, 2013):

Under “Department of Neighborhood Services, Court Division”, delete one position of “Office Assistant IV”, delete one position of “Office Assistant”, add one position of “Program Assistant II”, and add one position of “Office Assistant III”.

Part 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

Part 4. The provisions of Part 2 of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after Pay Period 21, 2013 (September 29, 2013).

The provisions of all other parts of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after the first day of the first pay period following passage and publication.
