The City cost of the projects approved by this resolution is estimated to be $793,000. The total estimated cost of these projects is $1,178,000.
Body
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

5th Aldermanic District

N. Granville Rd. (relocated) - W. Good Hope Rd. to W. Mt. Zion Dr. (Including W. Good Hope Rd. (north side) - N. Granville Rd. to N. 91st St. (sidewalk)) (ST211110141) File Number 121418: Concrete pavement reconstruction with rural cross-section, replace curb and gutter and sidewalk where necessary; sodding, grading, and tree removal where necessary. (Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund for the 2014 Budget Year -- $670,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $800,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2014 construction season.
