Analysis

This resolution authorizes acceptance of Sewer Easement SE-2823B located at 2029 North 20^th Street in the 15^th Aldermanic District.

Body

Whereas, The City of Milwaukee requested an easement needed for sewer facilities located at 2029 North 20^th Street; and

Whereas, The easement area is in lands owned by the City of Milwaukee; and

Whereas, The Milwaukee Board of School Directors on behalf of Milwaukee Public Schools is willing to grant Sewer Easement SE-2823B to the City giving the City permission to enter the property, and to construct, operate, maintain, inspect, and repair sewer facilities within the easement area on terms and conditions negotiated by the City's Department of Public Works, as reflected in the easement document that has been made part of this file; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City of Milwaukee hereby accepts sewer easement document SE-2823B, said easement document is being attached to this Common Council Resolution File Number 130820 and incorporated in this resolution by reference as though set forth in full; and, be it

Further Resolved, That after said easement document has been accepted, it shall be forwarded to the City Attorney for approval as to form and execution and then to the Department of Public Works for recording.
