Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by striking the following:

"On West Burnham Street from South 13^th Street to South 14^th Street, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM"

Part 2.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North 64^th Street from West Custer Avenue to West Sheridan Avenue on school days from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Part 3.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of South 13^th Street from a point 140 feet south of West Waterford Avenue to a point 100 feet south thereof

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the east side of North 35^th Street from West Wells Street to West Kilbourn Avenue from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM except Sunday"

"On the west side of North 35^th Street from West Kilbourn Avenue to West Wells Street from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM except Sunday"

Part 5. Section 101-24-1 of the Code relating to Tow-away Zones is amended by striking the following:

"On West Burnham Street from South 13^th Street to South 14^th Street"

Part 6.  Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Night Parking Exceptions is amended by striking the following:

"On North Richards Street from East North Avenue to East Vienna Avenue"

Part 7.  Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Night Parking Exceptions is amended by adding the following:

On North Richards Street from East Locust Street to East Vienna Avenue
