This ordinance will permit the expansion of Second Harvest Food Bank of Wisconsin.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
 
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
 
Section 295-330(2).0002. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of West Lloyd Street to the centerline of North 15th Street to a line 329 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Lloyd Street to a line 135 feet West and parallel to the west line of North 15th Street to a line 339 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Lloyd Street to the centerline of North 16th Street, from Multi-Family Residence (R/C/40) to Commercial Service (CS/C/40).
