A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the City.
BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the east side of N. Sherman Boulevard from W. Wright Street to W. Clarke Street from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM on regular school days"

Part 2. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On W. Scott Street between S. 23rd and S. 24th Streets"

Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of N. Sherman Boulevard from W. Wright Street to W. Clarke Street from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM on regular school days

Part 4. Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to Winter Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On the south side of E. Fernwood Avenue from S. Ellen Street to S. Kinnickinnic Avenue"

"On the east side of S. Mound Street from E. Lincoln Avenue to E. Bay Street"

Part 5. Section 101-24-1 of the Code relating to Tow-Away Zones is amended by striking the following:

"On the east side of N. 35th Street from W. Clybourn Street to W. Wisconsin Avenue from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday"

"On the east side of N. 35th Street from W. Park Hill Avenue to W. Clybourn Street from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM Except Saturday and Sunday"
