BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-320(6).0006. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded by the centerline of North 35th Street, a line 60 feet South and parallel to the south line of West Eggert Place, a line 120 feet West and parallel to the west line of North 35th Street, and the centerline of West Eggert Place, from Industrial (I/B/85) to Local Business (L/C/60).
