Analysis

Currently, the fee charged for an extra garbage cart is $13 per quarter for each extra garbage cart provided by the city. This ordinance increases the charge for each extra garbage cart provided by the city to $15 per quarter.  

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 81-51.5 of the code is amended to read:

81-51.5 Extra Garbage Cart Charge. The extra garbage cart charge shall be [[$13]]>>$15<< per quarter for each extra garbage cart provided under s. 79-4-1.3.

Part 2. This ordinance takes effect on January 1, 2014.
