Analysis
Currently, all applicants for professional photographer and home improvement contractor and salesperson licenses are required to present photographs to the city clerk as part of their applications. Under this ordinance, only individual applicants for such licenses shall be required to submit photographs.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 84-33-5-c of the code is amended to read:
84 33. Professional Photographer.
5. APPLICATION.
c. A photograph of the applicant, if >>the applicant is an individual<< engaging in activities described under sub. 1-c.
Part 2. Section 95-14-3-d of the code is amended to read:
95-14. Home Improvement Contractor and Salesperson Licenses.
3. APPLICATION.
d. Photos. Each individual applicant [[or partner]] for a home improvement or salesperson license shall present [[2]] >>one<< recent [[photographs]] >>photograph<< to the city clerk [[suitable for inclusion on the applicant's official certificate. One photograph shall be attached to the license when issued, and the other photograph shall be filed with the application with the city clerk]].
