Body
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee previously approved the Department of Labor Green Jobs Innovation Fund Grant under file number 110572; and
Whereas, The Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee City (HACM) has notified Community Development Grants Administration (see attached letter) of their request to adjust their Green Jobs grant funding awards; and
Whereas, The Housing Authority would like to decrease their $330,000 Green Jobs automotive job training contract by $34,300 to $295,700 and increase their $310,000 Green Jobs solar panel job training contract by $34,300 to $344,300; now therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the adjustments for HACM to the Green Jobs grant funds are approved; and, be it
Further Resolved, That HACM shall submit budgets and activity reports in amounts and according to any conditions approved by the Common Council and Community Development Grants Administration and the City Comptroller for review and approval; and, be it
Further Resolved, That payments for the Green Jobs grant cost incurred shall be paid in accordance with approved Green Jobs grant reimbursement policy based on the approval by the Community Development Grants Administration and the City Comptroller.
