Analysis
This ordinance repeals Part 11 of Common Council File Number 121803 passed on July 23, 2013. Part 11 provided amendments to s. 304-26.5 entitled "Clean Energy Financing". This section, however, had been repealed and recreated by File Number 121591, effective July 23, 2013.
This ordinance provides a technical correction repealing the unnecessary amendments to s. 304-26.5 passed in Common Council File Number 121803.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Part 11 of Common Council File Number 121803, passed July 23, 2013, is repealed.
