BODY:
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is hereby added to the Milwaukee Code a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-441.0003. The zoning map is hereby amended so as to change the zoning for the area bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the centerline of North 5th Street and the centerline of West Highland Avenue; thence west along the centerline of West Highland Avenue to the centerline of North 6th Street; thence north along the centerline of North 6th Street to the centerline of West Juneau Avenue; thence east along the centerline of West Juneau Avenue to a point on a northerly extension of the west line of Lot 1, Block 44, in the Plat of the Town of Milwaukee on the West Side of the River; thence South 00 deg. 09 min. 46 sec. East to a point 100.34 feet south of the south line of West Juneau Avenue; thence South 89 deg. 53 min. 08 sec. East to the centerline of North 5th Street; thence south along the centerline of North 5th Street to the centerline of West Highland Avenue and the point of commencement from Warehousing and Light Manufacturing (C/9/H) to Civic Activity (C/9/D Subdistrict A).
