The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 120742 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under "Department of City Development, Finance and Administration", add one position of "Accountant I" and delete one position of "Accountant I (N)(Y)".
Under "Housing Development Section", delete one position of "Housing Rehabilitation Specialist (X)(Y)(N)" and add one position of "Housing Rehabilitation Specialist (X)(Y)".
Under "Real Estate and Development", add one position of "Program Assistant II" and add one position of "Community Outreach Liaison (Y)" and delete one position of "Community Outreach Liaison (N)(Y)".
Under "Police Department, Administration Services Decision Unit, Administration Bureau, Technical Communications Division", delete seven positions of "Police Telecommunicator - Lead" and add six positions of "Lead Police Telecommunicator" and one position of "Telecommunications Specialist".
Part 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
The provisions of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after the first day of the first pay period following passage and publication.
Part 3. This ordinance will take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
