Analysis

This resolution accepts Water Easement WE-925B for the installation, operation, and maintenance of water mains, and authorizes the City's Commissioner of Public Works and Comptroller to execute the documents.

Body

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the following water easement offered to the City:

WE-925B executed by Falcon Glen, LLC, for a permanent water main easement in C.S.M. No. 8457, Lots 1 and 4, North of West Edgerton Avenue and West of South 110^th Street, in the City of Greenfield.

Said document being attached to and part of this resolution, is accepted, and the City's Commissioner of Public Works and Comptroller are hereby authorized to execute the easement document on the City's behalf; and, be it

Further Resolved, That after said easement has been executed by the City's Commissioner of Public Works and Comptroller, it shall be forwarded to the Department of Public Works for further processing.
