Analysis

This resolution approves the following by-laws for the Frank P. Zeidler Public Service Award Committee:

1.      The chair of the committee is authorized to establish annually the deadline for submission of nomination forms for the award.

2.      Any member of the committee may attend a meeting of the committee by teleconference.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the by-laws, a copy of which is attached to and made part of this file, are approved.
