This resolution grants a special privilege to Giuffre IV LLC to install and maintain five private light poles in the public right-of-way for the premises 3804 South 27th Street.
Body
Whereas, The applicant is requesting permission to install and maintain five private light poles in the public right-of-way; and

Whereas, Said light poles may only legally encroach into the public right-of-way by granting of a special privilege resolution adopted by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that Giuffre IV LLC, 445 West Oklahoma Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53207 is hereby granted the following special privilege:

To install and maintain five private light poles centered on the eastline of South 27th Street. Said light poles are centered approximately 295, 325, 360, 390, and 425 feet north of the northline of West Howard Avenue. Said light poles are supported by 16-inch diameter concrete bases.

Said above-mentioned light poles shall be used, kept and maintained to the satisfaction of the Commissioners of Public Works and Department of Neighborhood Services. All necessary permits shall have been obtained prior to the granting of this special privilege.

Said light poles shall be maintained or removed from the public right-of-way, at such future time as it is no longer needed, to the satisfaction of the Commissioners of Public Works and Department of Neighborhood Services.

Further Resolved, That this special privilege is granted only on condition that by acceptance of this special privilege the grantee, Giuffre IV LLC, shall:
