A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2013 offices and positions in the City Service.

This substitute ordinance changes positions in the following departments:
City Treasurer, Department of City Development, Health Department
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 120742 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:
Under "City Treasurer, Administration Division", delete one position of "Network Coordinator-Associate", add one position of "Tax Enforcement Specialist" and add one position of "Program Assistant II".
Under "Customer Services Division", delete one position of "Customer Service Representative II".
Under "Department of City Development, General Management and Policy Development Decision Unit, Office of the Commissioner", delete one position of "Communications and Outreach Manager" and add one position of "Events and Outreach Coordinator".
Under "Health Department", add "(NN)" to the position of "Public Health Research & Policy Director (X)(Y)(AA)(M)" to read as follows: "To expire 6/30/16 unless the Community Safety Data Repository Grant from the Wisconsin Partnership Program - University of Wisconsin-School of Medicine and Public Health is extended."
Part 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances contravening the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
The provisions of this ordinance are deemed to be in force and effect from and after the first day of the first pay period following passage and publication.
Part 3. This ordinance will take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
