Body
Whereas, Rockwell Automation Incorporated had requested permission to keep and maintain various items in the public right-of-way; and
Whereas, Permission for said items was granted under Common Council Resolution File Number 091125 in 2010; and
Whereas, The applicant is currently requesting permission to remove the security camera from the public right-of-way and to replace and relocate the overhead cables within the public right-of-way; and
Whereas, Said relocated cables may only legally encroach into the public right-of-way by granting of a special privilege resolution adopted by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Common Council Resolution File Numbers 091125 is hereby rescinded; and, be it
Further Resolved, That Rockwell Automation Incorporated, 1201 South 2nd Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53204 is hereby granted the following special privileges:
1. To keep and maintain two overhead cables connecting the subject premises with a security camera on a utility pole located on private property. Said cables commence at the northline of West Greenfield Avenue at a point approximately 140 feet east of the eastline of South 2nd Street and then extend southwesterly across the 66-foot wide right-of-way of West Greenfield Avenue to a point approximately 199 feet east of the eastline of South 2nd Street on private property.
